I have here a tutorial that will help you to install wp7.8 on your lumia 610.

Step 1) Download the Firmware:

- First download Navifirm and extract it to your desktop in a folder named Navifirm
- open Navifirm and choose by server: Nokia care suite
- Now browse for your phone in my Case it is the nokia lumia 610 (RM-835)
- Download the firmware 8858
- Wait for it to finish download can take up to ~10 minutes
- After the download is complete navigate to the Fw folder and stay there!

Step 2) Flashing the firmware:

- Download and install nokia care suite 5.0 from the link in this thread
- Open the Application launcher and from there choose (Product support tool for store 5.0)
- Now connect your nokia lumia 610 to your pc and leave it powered on!
- Go to file and open product type in RM-835 and choose the device
- and then by no connection choose USB1 RM-835 and click on the sync button.
- Now click on the tab programming and choose recovery.
- in the down right corner you see download progress and behind that a green squere click on the arrow behind the green squere and choose ''open data package location''
- The folder should be empty that is good now go to the Navifirm folder and copy all the files inside the Fw folder to the folder from Nokia care suite!
- DO NOT FORGET TO CICK ON UPDATE LIST!
- after you done that click in nokia care suite on the 1066.0000.8858.12470 firmware and click on start your phone will shut down and the screen will stay black.
- Wait for the progress to be done and your phone will have WP7.8!

Samsung Galaxy S Duos is the upgraded version of the original Galaxy S series. It has 1 GHz single core processor, 4” screen, and it runs quite smoothly on Android 4.0. It features Samsung TouchWiz UI. I am going to help you in rooting your device but before that you must know that rooting will void you of manufacturers guarantee and you solely will be responsible for whatever happens to your device. In rare cases, your phone might be soft- brick, which could be repaired but for that you need to put some extra effort from your side. For the 1st time user, please read all the details about rooting before jumping to any conclusion. Now I am going to list down the steps for rooting:
Prerequisites before rooting Galaxy S Duos:

USB Debugging is needed to be enabled on your phone. For this go to settings> application> and finally click the box next to USB debugging
Make sure your battery is more than 80%.

Steps For Rooting Galaxy S Duos S7562:

Download the Samsung Galaxy S Duos rooting kit.rar from HERE. The file contains everything you need for rooting in 12 MB package.The rar password is techrival .
Install the driver for your Galaxy S Duos using Kies.
Power off your device.
Boot into downloading mode by pressing Volume Down + Home + Power button simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears on your device.
Read the Warning, press volume up to continue to downloading mode. You will have a screen written “DOWNLOADING” along with other usual stuff.
Connect your phone to PC.
Extract the rooting kit and extract and open Odin from there.
Odin will detect your device on the port.
Now on the screen appearing right in front of you tick “F. Reset Time” & “Auto reboot” option.
Click on PDA under the file section in Odin and browse to recovery.tar file.
Remove the back panel as you will be needed to remove the battery with great timing.
Click on start. a green bar will show you the progress made by Odin in flashing. When the bar says pass, your phone will start a reboot.
A while rebooting, the phone will shut down and the device will vibrate once before shutting down, you have to remove the battery and disconnect your phone from the pc.
Copy a file named CWM -3.1.3. zip from your rooting kit into your external or internal SD card.
Power off the device and boot into clockwork recovery mode by pressing volume up+ volume down + power +home button simultaneously till the Samsung logo appears followed by a CWM screen.
Touch will be ineffective for now, press volume up to scroll up and volume down to scroll down, Home button for selection and power button to take you back to the previous settings.
Select backup by scrolling down to backup and restore, make sure you have 2 GB of free space in your memory.
Go to install zip from the SD card option and select “choose zip from external/ internal memory card”. Select the CWM-3.1.3. zip and browse it until you get “yes” in a long list of No. select yes.
Now enjoy SuperUser power on your device once you reboot it.

Please note that void the warranty of your device and / or any warranty from your operator if you unlock the bootloader. See warranty statement for your device for more information. In addition, due to the modification of device software, the Sony network repair is likely to have to replace key components before testing properly, repair and verify the device using our tools and software repair. Consequently, if Sony makes a warranty repair, Sony will probably be charged a service fee significant additional costs caused by the modification of the software.

Some of the contents of your device also may be inaccessible due to the elimination of DRM and security key user data partition safe to unlock the bootloader. We advise you to create backups as user data, settings and accounts are deleted. For Xperia ™ devices published 2013 or later (for example Xperia ™ Xperia ™ Z and ZL), the SD card from your device will be formatted and you will lose all content (eg, photos, music, videos) to unlock the manager boot.

Instructions

First, you should confirm that it is possible to unlock the boot loader of your phone by dialing the service menu. On your phone, open the dialer and enter * # * # 7378423 # * # * to access the service menu.

1. On the phone, press Info Service> Configuration> Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can proceed to the next step. If you say no, or if the state is not present, the device can not be unlocked.

2. On the computer, click Continue at the bottom of this page to start the boot loader unlocking process.

3. Read the information in the popup and click Yes, I'm sure, if you're still sure you want to unlock the bootloader.

4. Read and accept the legal terms. Click I accept.

5. Enter your name, a valid email address and the first 14 digits of the IMEI or MEID number (clear the last digit if necessary). Click Submit. You can view the IMEI or MEID number by entering * # 06 # on your phone.

6. The boot boot loader unlock key will be sent to your email. Save it for later use.

7. Download and install the latest version of Android SDK developer.android.com.

8. Download and unzip the file. This is the standard android_winusb.inf-file with a few lines of code added to enable Fastboot to support Sony and Sony Ericsson. Make sure you are running Google USB Driver package version 4 or higher on your Android SDK. You can see current Google USB Driver package revision in the SDK Manager.

9. Place the unzipped file in the folder USB_Driver, located in the Android SDK> extras> google folder on your computer. OK to replace the old android_winusb.inf-file with the new file. If you can not find the folder USB_Driver, install the Google USB Driver Packager using the Android SDK Manager.

10. Turn off the phone.

11. On your phone, press and hold the Fastboot button while connecting the phone to the computer with a USB cable. Fastboot button may differ between different phone models. See page Fastboot button for more information on using the button on your phone.

12. On the computer, you are prompted to drivers. Select the folder where you placed the USB_Driver android_winusb.inf-file, and select the Android Bootloader Interface-file.

13. Open a command window and navigate to the folder in the Android SDK tools.

14. Enter fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce getvar version, and verify that you get a response back (eg "0.3"). This means that your phone is connected properly.

15. Warning! If you perform this step jumps to the boot loader. This may void the warranty and / or any warranty from your operator. If you still want to unlock the boot loader of your phone, enter fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY, where key is the key to unlocking bootloader you have at the beginning of this instruction. The boot loader should now be successfully unlocked.

Now begin to unlock the boot loader of your phone. This way you can void the phone's warranty. Sony can not guarantee full functionality of your phone, and will not be responsible for any malfunction of the phone, or property damage or personal injury caused by the phone.

Run Samsung S5260 Star II Downloader.
Check BRCM2133 option.
In case you want to flash Boot files to your phone check Full Download option.
Click Boot button and show the program the Boot files folder.
Click Apps button and select this file: apps_compressed.bin
Click Rsrc1 button and select this file: Rsrc_S5260_Open_Europe_Common.rc1
Click Rsrc2 button and select this file: Rsrc2_S5260(Low).rc2
Click Factory FS button and select this file: FactoryFs_S5260_Open_Europe_Common.ffs
